i've been calling everyone, sometimes i have to call elderly people, some indians (no offence okay) or foreigners (pinoys, mainlanders, koreans etc). yes, they are easier customers, because of the discounts and wouldn't complain this and that saying that the discounts are too little etc.
but i wonder if they really know what they are exactly paying for, why they are paying this, what terms and conditions they have to adhere to. and in the end they suffer from extra payments etc, then comes dispute.
guiltiness.
is it really another reason?
you see that when you want or don't want something, your mind will keep finding reasons to make it the way you want. even when you have no idea or when you are still contemplating whether or not to go for something, because you have already made up your mind or knew what you want subconsciously.
