byebye starhub! (:
byebye to my telemarketing job!i should be happier eh? but im feeling a little sad cos the people in the office are so nice and fun to be around with.
hope shannon is happy when we tried to hard to call as much as possible because our favourite promo was at its finale. i think he's a little -.- when his team left lesser people.
i made a lot of nice friends there! (even though i've been there for only two months)
and yesterday was the most tiring day i had.
i called like mad, but i couldn't hit 10 sales, still ):
i left only 4 sales to hit 50% commission tier (which is when i made $1301 revenue)
but funny, when i see what happened to others.
1. justin made a call and spoke only two minutes and his customer whined at him for more than five minutes.
2. cj made a forty-five (yes you heard that) minute call and didn't close the sales in the end.
3. yihao and sike were like competing with each other, but sike made 15 sales when i left (i bet he had more LOL), so he won.
4. i got a customer that i tried to give discounts and screamed back at me, but i kept laughing. because he was complaining that starhub is being racist for giving korean channels like KBS arirang etc for free but charging so high and providing so little variety for japanese channels. LOL. so i wrote a service request to "call at your own risk". i was telling sike (who sat beside me) about it and even the starhub rewards department girls turned around and laughed LOL.
$4.1k in two months, not bad ralph :D
